Today I tried something different. When I sat with my clients and when about my day (much time sitting at the computer), I used this following mantra(s):

** With every breath she takes, I fill up with LOVE

** With everything she says, I fill up with more energy and LOVE

** When it seems hard/challenging/upsetting/scary for my client, I am present and I fill up with LOVE

** With every stroke on this keyboard, I am filling with LOVE

And today, most every thing I am doing is FILLING ME UP, rather than draining me. The draining energy is a familial pattern. And although I use some variation of this, I took it on today in a whole new way.

Try it! Tell me what you think! I think it’s absolutely life-changing, love-giving, all-healing, and an essential part of living fully. Yes, it’s been THAT powerful in only 2/3 of a day. I just had to share it right away!

So exciting! I finally finally finished my Vision Board for 2012. I spent so much time “visioning” alone during the week before New Year’s. It was so profound for me to sit quietly for about 2 hours each day and focus on what I want, what’s in my way and how to move forward with my dreams.

After that, I paused. Until last week when I picked up a magazine and began to cut out all things that when I looked at them (words and images) I felt a big YES!

I had already chosen to use this “art” that I purchased a while ago at Home Goods (LOL) and I had already taken a marker and wrote the themes down: my raw journey/health, inner mothering, passionate partnership, and meaningful, fulfilling, creative and life-giving work. I have 4 themes I am working with and manifesting for this year.

Then I spent some time cutting out images and words. I know it’s hard to see, so here are some of what is on there: Live Your Yoga and images of yogis, mudras, singing bowl, and the Buddha. Under Passionate Partnership there’s a cute pea pod with 4 peas in it and it says “We go together” (funny!). Other words: Goddess to the Core (yes!), Women and Power, Leading from the inside out, peace on earth, turn your passion into business, journey to good health, “Do Good, Feel Good – The Helping-Happiness-Health Connection.”

The bottom line is I LOVE IT!!! I had to wait until today….today was right timing. I am looking at it now and feel my whole body smiling!

This along with my avocado, garlic (1/2 clove), 2 cups kale, water and lime slice smoothie and I am very good to go today.
